James M. Johnson -
Attorney
James M. Johnson graduated from
James
Madison
University in with degrees in Biology and Economics. He received his Juris Doctor from the George Mason School of Law. During law school, Mr. Johnson had successful internships with the
County
Attorney’s Office, the Commonwealth Attorney’s Office and Juvenile and
Domestic
Relations
District
Court
of
Prince William
County. Upon completion of law school, Mr. Johnson worked at the law firm of Pfitzner & Morley located in
Prince
William
County. Mr. Johnson left Pfitzner & Morley to found his own firm in 2008. He is admitted to practice in all
Virginia courts, as well as the Federal and Bankruptcy courts of the Eastern District of Virginia.
Mr. Johnson has longstanding ties to the
Prince
William
County community. A native of the county, Mr. Johnson graduated from
Gar-Field
High School. Before he began practicing law, Mr. Johnson taught biology and math at
Gar-Field
High School. He also taught chemistry at
Woodbridge
High School and special education classes at
Beville
Middle School. Mr. Johnson continues to donate hundreds of hours of his time each year to work with students in the Prince William County Schools as a football coach. Mr. Johnson has coached football in
Prince
William
County high schools for
over a decade. He is currently coaching football at
Gar-Field
High School
and formerly coached football at
Woodbridge
High School. Mr. Johnson also participates in the Prince William County Bar Associations “So You’re 18” presentations, where he spends several days each spring giving lectures to high school seniors regarding their rights and responsibilities as adults and citizens of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
Mr. Johnson is also involved with the local Boys & Girls
Clubs of Prince William County.

Carlos Flores Laboy’s practice
focuses on divorce, custody, and support, business,
criminal law, and personal injury matters.
Mr. Flores Laboy is fluent in Spanish.
Mr. Flores Laboy received his undergraduate
degrees in biochemistry, chemistry, and biology from Virginia Tech.

Prior to joining Johnson & Flores, P.C.,
Mr. Flores Laboy worked for a
law firm in the District of Columbia.
Before that he was a research assistant at
The George Washington University School
of Law, where he
researched many legal issues.
He was also an intern with Prince William
County’s Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court and with
the Manassas office of Legal Services of Northern
Virginia.
Mr. Flores Laboy

Columbia.
Mr. Flores is married with 3
children and resides in Prince William County with his
family.
